- My parents could not send me to the college of my choice due to financial hardship - I went anyways. Graduated Magna Cum Laude from The Wharton School of Finance - Investment Banking Executive on Wall Street for several years - Left to return to NC where I continued in merchant banking including LBOs, private placements, & venture capital. Currently, Chairman of 2 software companies. I waged a war (proxy fight) to take control of a grossly mismanaged public company and lost - as of now. Have made a lot of money and lost a lot. But have learned from it all and want to share it with you through this blog.
